End User License Agreement

Licensor

This agreement applies to 123flightMAP, offered by 123myAPP, Stefan Daniel Simons, Willicher Straße 67, 40670 Meerbusch, Germany. Contact: info@123internetseite.de. Product support: flight@123myapp.com.

License grant

123flightMAP is licensed, not sold. Subject to your beta access, registration key or purchase, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the software for private flight simulation with Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020/2024 on a Windows PC.

Beta access

Beta access is limited, personal and revocable. The beta may contain bugs, incomplete features or service interruptions. An awarded beta seat gives access to the beta workflow; a final v1 key is issued only after the beta and completed feedback where offered. Verified applicants who are not invited may keep the stated launch discount if offered.

Simulation-only use

123flightMAP is for entertainment and flight simulation only. Do not use it for real-world navigation, real aircraft operation, dispatch, operational flight planning, training certification, safety decisions or any aviation use outside a simulator.

Data, procedures and charts

The software may display simulator-derived routes, SID/STAR and approach overlays, ILS/LOC data, weather context, online ATC, traffic and third-party network data. This data can be delayed, incomplete, unavailable or wrong. Official IFR PDF plates, certified aviation charts and official AIRAC chart services are not included.

Keys, accounts and discounts

Registration keys, beta links, download tokens and discount codes are personal. They may not be sold, shared, published or used to bypass access controls. Misuse can lead to cancellation of beta access, discounts, downloads or keys.

Restrictions

You may not copy, resell, rent, sublicense, redistribute, publish download links, remove protection mechanisms, modify, decompile, reverse engineer or use the software to build a competing product, except where mandatory law expressly permits it.

Third-party services and names

Microsoft Flight Simulator, VATSIM, IVAO, SimBrief, Navigraph, Jeppesen and other names may be referenced only to describe compatibility or data context. 123flightMAP is independent and is not endorsed by those providers unless explicitly stated elsewhere with permission.

Updates and availability

Features, data sources, service integrations and beta access may change before and after release. Internet services, simulator APIs and third-party networks can fail or change outside our control. Updates may be required to keep using parts of the software.

Warranty and liability

Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. During beta, the software is provided for testing. For paid licenses, statutory warranty rights apply where mandatory. Liability is unlimited for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health and mandatory legal liability. Otherwise, liability for simple negligence is limited to foreseeable damages caused by breach of essential contractual duties.

Termination

Access may be suspended or terminated if you violate this agreement, misuse keys or downloads, attack the service, or use the software outside the permitted simulation purpose. Termination does not remove payment or statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Law and language

German law applies, excluding conflict-of-law rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected. If translations differ, the German version is intended to be the primary legal reference for the German operator.
